A Cold February Morning on Lake Michigan
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 2/4/2023. To call the morning brisk would be an understatement - it was about 10 degrees Fahrenheit (-12C). It was however, incredibly beautiful. We ventured out about an hour before sunrise to catch the view from downtown Milwaukee at Lake Michigan. It was chilly 14 degrees according to the thermometer in my car. Image of the Month - February 2022 Sunset Over Stupa Alley Kathmandu, Nepal. May 2018. A magnificent follow-up to January's Image of the Month, "Sunset Over Stupa Alley" is another peek at the magic of Kathmandu. A stupa is a dome shaped Buddhist Shrine. Many are said to contain relics of the Buddha himself. There are thousands of them across Nepal and India.
