Kathmandu Back Alley

 

Kathmandu, Nepal. May 2018. One of my absolute favorite photos from Nepal. This was taken on a rainy night a few blocks where I was staying. Every alley is an adventure. A hidden bar or restaurant. An out of the way tattoo parlor. There was one alley that we had to carefully climb over loose rebar (laying around for reconstruction after the earthquake) to get to our favorite place to eat.

Kathmandu is filled with magic and wonder!  I have this image as a centerpiece in my Art Booth and its a show stopper!  On a 24×36 inch Infused Aluminum Print, it looks as if you could step into the image and be off on your own adventure.
